Way to pay

For online purchases, we accept credit cards (VISA or MasterCard), bank transfer or payments via cash. Payments should only be made in local currency - Pesos - COP.

DALE MAS SAS cannot accept any responsibility for cash entrusted to the postal system or payment to third parties.


For the online store, please contact us by email: ventas@dalemas.com. In case you need to speak to an online advisor, our online store's opening hours are from 11:00 to 17:00 p.m. - p.m. (GMT + 1). We regret to inform you that any questions regarding the online store cannot be answered on weekends.

Customs / Legal restrictions

We are a Colombian company that deals with legal products in Latin America. The law varies from country to country. Depending on the customs laws and regulations of your country, the import / receipt of products will be legal in your own country of residence. DALE MAS is governed by Colombian law and, therefore, is not responsible for items that are opened, lost, detained or confiscated by the postal or customs authorities of your country. You, as a consumer, must comply with and know the laws and regulations of your own country. The customer is responsible for any legal issues arising from customs in their country. Under no circumstances will DALE MAS SAS be responsible for the sales and delivery of prohibited products in the client's country.

When we send goods outside of Colombia, the package goes through customs in the destination country. DALE MAS ensures correct export, but has no link with your national customs procedures. All costs involved (import tax, local duties, VAT) will be paid by the customer.

Daytime delivery address

The transport company works only from Monday to Saturday during the day. If you do not provide us with a daytime delivery address, delivery of your package will be difficult. All orders are packaged and shipped discreetly so delivery to a working address is also an option.

Products warranty

DALE MAS guarantees the quality of all its products during and up to 2 months after the date of purchase for defects in materials or workmanship.

Any returns due to defects and complaints will be replaced and credited by DALE MAS, provided that the return is caused by defects in material and / or defect in workmanship. DALE MAS will not accept / replace / make money refunds that are caused by improper use or mishandling, normal wear and / or improper storage and / or poor maintenance of the disputed item. Damage to any garment or product due to sharp objects or liquids, substances or oils that have not been directly and explicitly recommended by DALE MAS is excluded from the warranty. If the products are defective in materials or workmanship, please notify them and return them immediately, unused, for exchange or refund.

DALE MAS is not responsible for returns due to ignorance of sizes and measurements, for this purpose the page is referencing the different sizes. In the event that this happens, you can contact us to receive guidance on a possible change, the costs of return and forwarding must be borne by the customer. This does not apply to underwear or restricted products.

Products not available

You will be informed within 24 hours and given an indication of the expected delivery date. We will proceed with the rest of the order whenever possible.

Postal address

In case of having a locker for delivery of products, the additional costs of this will be assumed by the client. You must communicate this at the time of purchase.


DALE MAS is not responsible for damages or bodily injuries caused during the use of our products. We cannot accept responsibility for items that are opened, lost, delayed, stopped or seized by the postal or customs authorities.

Packages returned to DALE MAS by the shipping company

If for any reason the package is returned, for re-delivery, the full cost of resending falls on the customer. Make sure you have entered a daytime delivery address and that the address is correct.


All products go through our quality review before being dispatched. Please check your delivery carefully upon receipt and notify us immediately if something is wrong.

Custom products

For the elaboration of this type of products, an initial payment of 50% of the total value is required at the time of ordering. The price of this type of product varies according to the complexity of its preparation. Returns of custom made products are not accepted. For this you must contact us directly.

Returns and exchanges

The customer has the right to exchange unused items within a period of 14 calendar days after delivery by DALE MAS. This change is made according to availability of products in the stock of our stores; if there is no existence, the customer will have a balance in favor redeemable for any other available product and following the current conditions and restrictions.

The following conditions and restrictions apply:

Shipments and deliveries

When the payment has been authorized or received, both the client and DALE MAS receive an email indicating that the payment has been made correctly. Then we proceed to send your order.

When all items are listed as in stock: Orders received before 2:00 PM GMT + 1 (CET) have a 99% same day shipping guarantee. During peak seasons for special dates or events, the goods will be shipped no later than the next day.

In the event that the products are not in stock, you will be notified by email with the expected delivery time, this will give you the opportunity to cancel or change your order.

Once shipped, you will receive an email with the track and trace details, so you can monitor your package to your doorstep. The email will be sent to the address that was provided at the time your order was placed.

All our shipments must be signed by the person who receives them, as proof of delivery at the destination. Any suggestion to leave it in abandonment or custody of unauthorized third parties such as put it on the door or leave it at the door will not be accepted, since the packages could be lost.

DALE MAS S.A.S is not responsible for orders delayed due to problems with the shipping company. However, we will do our best to resolve the issues should they occur. If you have not received the products within the expected time, please contact us so that we can provide solutions.
